rice". It is categorized to the Indica type (Long
grain). Varieties of Jasmine are Kao Dok Mali, Go Kho 15, Klong
luang, and Suphan. The characters of Jasmine rice are slim and
long. The rice grain is silky, smooth and shiny. After cooked,
it will be soft and presents wonderful aroma.
The
best region to grow up Jasmine rice is Northeastern. The main
growing season for Jasmine rice between September and December.
