Advanced production

Modern methods have greatly improved the processing of quality rice. Thai Hua uses the latest technology to guarantee products of consistently high quality.

To verify the grade, rice is carefully checked, selected and weighed. A magnetic machine removes impurities and foreign particles. The rice is then cleaned and sorted by "Electronic Eye" and stored according to grade.

Polishing is done by a special designed machine to give the rice the gleaming white colour and soft texture customers have come to expect. Prior to shipment, the rice is weighed and packed automatically. The system is backed by quality control checks at each step of the process.
Thai Hua's long experience combined with modern technology results in high standard rice products ready for shipment from the company's private wharf to markets across the globe. Thai Hua's warf can facilitate cargo loading up to 18,000 metric tons.

Thai Hua is on of the few rice exporters that operate its own wharf, resulted in direct loading of finished cargo directly into the vessel. The problem of lost weight and damaged containers are thus being greatly reduced.
